The Franco American Club was incorporated on January 20, 1923.

The founders of the club were Leon Jette, Gedeon J. Bergeron, Henry L. Desjardins, Joesph Gendron, Romeo Trembley, Augustus J. LeBouef, and Napoleon Beaulieu.

The objectives of the association shall be the improvement of the civil, moral, social, and educational condition of its members, and the furthering of its members interests in general in Beverly, Massachusetts.
